Platform Rules & User Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using the s92bat website located at s92bat.net, or by registering an account on the s92bat platform, you — the user — unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the s92bat platform and close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the s92bat platform, including registered account holders, guest browsers, and any person who interacts with any part of the s92bat website or mobile experience. They apply regardless of the device, location, or method used to access s92bat.

s92bat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change requires advance notification under applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of s92bat following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The s92bat platform is a real-money gaming and sports betting service. To register an account and participate in any real-money activity on s92bat, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. s92bat does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, play, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship, or restriction that would prevent you from agreeing to these terms.
• Voluntary participation: You must be participating voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from s92bat or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme that remains in effect at the time of registration.
• Single account: You must not already hold an existing s92bat account. Only one registered account is permitted per person.

If s92bat discovers at any point that a registered account holder does not meet the age requirement of 21+, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made will be refunded to the original payment method, however all winnings, bonuses, and promotional credits will be forfeited in full.

To access real-money gaming on s92bat, you are required to complete the account registration process. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. s92bat reserves the right to verify any information provided.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, s92bat may request the following documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence addressed to you at your registered address, dated within 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshots or confirmation of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account ownership, as applicable to the methods used on your account.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, s92bat may request documentation supporting the source of funds deposited into your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s92bat login credentials. Any activity conducted from your account — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility. You must notify s92bat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

s92bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. The minimum deposit on s92bat is PKR 500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your s92bat account cashier and may vary by payment method.

• All deposit and withdrawal requests must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• s92bat does not charge platform-side fees on JazzCash or EasyPaisa deposits. Standard network or provider fees applied by the payment service provider, if any, are outside s92bat's control.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity and KYC verification before being processed. s92bat processes withdrawal requests as quickly as operationally possible; actual receipt times may vary depending on the payment method and banking partner processing times.
• s92bat reserves the right to place a review hold on any withdrawal that triggers risk, fraud, or AML monitoring flags. Players will be notified of any such hold and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.
• Deposits made to exploit a technical error, glitch, or misconfigured bonus may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

s92bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL-season cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified per promotion. Bonuses that expire unfulfilled are forfeited without compensation.
• s92bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, manipulating game patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• s92bat reserves the right to withhold or reclaim a bonus if the platform determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was claimed fraudulently or in bad faith.

All casino games available on the s92bat platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, table games, and fish arcade games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by s92bat or any third party.

Each game on s92bat has its own specific rules, paytable, and Return to Player (RTP) percentage. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money. Game-specific rules are accessible directly from within each game interface.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server disconnection, display errors, or software glitches — the outcome of the affected round may be voided. s92bat will make reasonable efforts to communicate the outcome of any affected round to the player.
• Bet settlements are final once confirmed by the s92bat system. Round results displayed within your game history constitute the official record.
• s92bat does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any specific game title. Games may be temporarily removed for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or provider licence reasons.

The s92bat sportsbook offers real-money betting on cricket (including PSL, international Test and T20I fixtures), as well as other sports available on the platform at any given time. Sports betting on s92bat is subject to the following rules in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by s92bat. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the s92bat sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or rescheduled beyond the specified settlement window. Voided bets are returned to your s92bat wallet at stake value.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted at s92bat's discretion. Due to the live nature of in-play markets, acceptance and settlement times may differ from pre-match bets. s92bat's decision on in-play bet settlement is final.
• PSL coverage: s92bat provides comprehensive Pakistan Super League betting markets. PSL-specific promotions and enhanced odds may be offered during the PSL season and are governed by the applicable promotion terms.
• Match fixing: Betting on events that are subject to known or suspected match fixing is prohibited. Any account found to have placed bets connected to match manipulation will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the s92bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or proceeds of crime processing.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or suspected error are not payable and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Abusing the bonus system, including multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other scheme designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing s92bat staff or other players in any communication channel.

s92bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, or a player's voluntary self-exclusion request.

In the event of account closure initiated by s92bat due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the nature and severity of the breach. In the event of account closure initiated by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard withdrawal processing and KYC verification.

All content on the s92bat platform — including but not limited to the s92bat brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of s92bat or its respective licensors and game providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the s92bat platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, scrape, mirror, or create derivative works based on any s92bat content without prior written authorisation from s92bat.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by s92bat is governed by the s92bat Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

s92bat collects personal data for purposes including account verification, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, and customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations and our internal data retention policy as described in the Privacy Policy.

s92bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. We encourage all players — particularly those in Pakistan who are new to online gaming — to treat s92bat as entertainment, not as a source of income or a strategy for managing financial difficulties.

• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits via their s92bat account settings.
• Self-exclusion is available for any player who feels they need to take a break. Self-exclusion can be applied for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
• s92bat will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. Excluded accounts will not receive any promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period.
• s92bat's platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Parents and guardians are reminded to keep their s92bat login credentials confidential and to use device-level parental controls where shared devices are used in households with minors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s92bat and its directors, employees, agents, partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the s92bat platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions in platform availability, including scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service outages.
• Loss of data, account access, or game progress resulting from technical failures beyond s92bat's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you in the course of gameplay or sports betting, including the outcome of any wager.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Payment delays attributable to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other third-party payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits s92bat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s92bat holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising between you and s92bat in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through s92bat's internal customer support and complaints process.

To raise a formal complaint, players should contact s92bat support at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute and any supporting documentation. s92bat commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant independent adjudication body specified by s92bat's operating licence authority. The decision of the adjudication body shall be final and binding on both parties.
